If it's worth fixing, the quote tells you what that costs. If it isn't, Milhorn also sells new and reconditioned appliances and can haul the old one away, so there's a next step either way.

Yes. Milhorn Appliance is an authorized dealer and service center for Frigidaire.
Do you work on other brands too?
In practice, yes: reviews describe Milhorn technicians repairing other brands, including a Whirlpool range. Frigidaire is the only brand Milhorn is factory-authorized for.
Can I buy parts without a repair visit?
Yes. Parts are sold over the counter at the Sullivan Street showroom, and customers say parts are often on hand the same day.
